This will be the next chapter in my life... life after I hit my lowest point in depression. As I talked about in my depression part 4 (suicide) that was my lowest point that I have hit and hope that no one will ever have to hit. This is my road to recovery, this was what life was like when I regained my hope. I am going to use these pages to post and compile the hope sections to hopefully make it easier for anyone who is will eventually read this. This is the next stage in my battle with depression and my battle through depression.
